Trackit Solo – Portable, Versatile, Durable
The Trackit Solo is light, portable and robust. It has a rugged, easy-to-clean outer shell that protects it from accidental damage in the patient’s home, and delivers hospital-quality video EEG, at a fraction of the cost, from the patient’s home.

How It Works
Running iEEG or Trackit Plus acquisition software and paired with a T4A amplifier, Trackit Solo records EEG wirelessly. Video is provided by the integrated camera – the brilliant little Trackit Cam with Infra Red illumination.
Trackit Cam
Housed snugly in a purpose-built recess that protects it when in transit, the camera is raised and lowered on an integrated extension pole and tilts and swivels easily into the required position. (If required, a second camera, externally powered and mounted, can also be added via the USB or Ethernet ports.)

The Trackit Solo delivers lab quality recordings from the comfort of the patient’s home. Here’s how:
STEP 1
The patient visits their medical facility where they are prepared by the clinician for an EEG. Once the electrodes have been connected to a wirelessly enabled amplifier, such as the Trackit T4A, the clinician will demonstrate the patient-accessible functions of the exceptionally user-friendly Trackit Solo. These include the controls on the lock screen, how to position the Trackit Cam for video, and the power cable storage at the back.
STEP 2
The patient, usually accompanied by a family member or friend, can then leave the facility and head home with the Trackit Solo connected wirelessly to the amplifier, worn comfortably in the soft pouch provided.
STEP 3
On arrival at home, the patient just follows the simple setup instructions for connecting the cable to a convenient power outlet, positions the camera and then, keeping themselves in the frame, can go about their day in the familiar surroundings of their own home…
…or even the garden. The Trackit Solo has an internal battery that allows recording to continue for a couple of hours, even when disconnected from the power outlet.
True Portability
Recording EEG studies on the go or in the familiarity and comfort of the patient’s home has diagnostic benefits as well as freeing up expensive space in the hospital or clinic.
With this in mind, we’ve made the Trackit Solo as light as possible, giving it a convenient shoulder strap and carrying handle and designed a built-in power cable storage feature in the back that keeps the power cable tidy and out of the way.
Quick Setup
When the patient gets home, there is nothing to unpack and setup is quick and easy. Plug the Trackit Solo into a power outlet, follow the simple instructions, position the camera and press record. The lab-quality data can be streamed live or uploaded to the cloud for review, when the study is complete.
Connectivity
The Trackit Solo offers fully integrated connectivity with Wifi, LTE, and hardwired Ethernet options. In addition it has three USB ports and one Ethernet port all protected by a rear panel port cover to prevent unintended access.
When out of reach of a power outlet, it can continue to record video EEG for up to two and a half hours using its internal batteries.
Lock Screen
The high resolution touchscreen is recessed and tilted slightly to provide a comfortable viewing angle and a password protected Lock Screen has been added to prevent patients from interfering with the study.
The Lock Screen displays:
- the video window and EEG traces on screen.
- the power and battery status of the Trackit Solo.
- the Amplifier’s current battery level, storage capacity, connection status and recording time.
The Lock screen also provides Event buttons so the patient can quickly add events to the study such as Awake, Asleep, Drowsy, etc.
The Trackit T4A is the amplifier of choice for use with the Trackit Solo.
